Hello World!
Welcome to COMPASS X L.S.G., we are a online Life Skills platform dedicated to “Providing the Life Skills Tools, to Navigate Life
Spring is amongst us, so be prepared.
The spring season season can be the hardest time as it involves allergies, pollen, watery eyes and so much more. While this time is enjoyable for many like the spring break crowd, gardener, clothes changes, all of the stress from spring can make mental health struggles like depression and anxiety much worse. Other Studies have shown that spring can have physical and mental health benefits especially if you take the time to enjoy it and prepare.
Tools For the Spring
Self Awareness: Know your limits, before going out, it’s ok to say no if the end results leave you empty
Financial: Again know your limits, don’t spend what you don’t have, be creative in your garden
Value time with valued friends: Your health and wealth is important so spend it with those who love you for who you are, not what you have or not have, you don’t need those kind of friends
Stay on top of allergy meds and Chinese herbs to mitigate the effects of pollen !
Sleep: Use the time to sleep in and spend with positive friends
Be mindful: You do,n’t need things and bad people around you just to feel worst, some company is just not worth the pain
Accept Imperfection: In you and others and do the things to make you a better person, you deserve and those who love you
Vision: Stay focus at all cost, spending lots of money for flowers and spring clothes brings joy but also depletes the bank account and with tariffs at hand, you should be cautious,
Generational Ghost; Don’t let the dysfunctions of family’s pass control or rule the now and your future, it can stop with you
If things go sideways, “Cry like Hell then Laugh Like Heaven” It’s great medicine
Respond with kindness: In difficult situations try to react without upsetting yourself or more important, not blowing up.
Stay Calm, Stay Calm, Stay Calm
The Holiday Season was made for you, so enjoy it without the hype.
